he Night Cleaner ensures that standards of cleanliness are achieved and maintained on a consistent basis to provide the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service, within established time limits.
Job Description:
Kitchen:
Sweep and mop the kitchen, front line, bake shop, banquet prep area, and RRL kitchen.
Rinse trash cans.
Scrub burners and replace foil.
Clean stainless steel.
Empty ice wells and clean backsplashes.
Wash and hose off floor mats.
Clean and hose off dishwashing station.
Empty trash cans and re-line.
Miscellaneous clean-up.
Clean vents and drains.
Wash walls and hose off mats.
Public Areas:
Clean and restock all public bathrooms.
Respond to any guest issues and report to the night auditor immediately.
Report any maintenance repairs as observed.
Vacuum and clean floors of the Dining Room and River Rock Lounge.
Maintain cleanliness of all windows, glass, and doors in public areas.
Buff and wax floors.
Clean overhead lights.
Spa:
Clean floor mats and mop floor.
Power wash around the deck
Clean lights.
Clean Sauna
Miscellaneous:
Assists with cleaning the guest rooms in the evening if an unexpected need occurs after the Room Attendants are gone for the day.
Check all doors at night to ensure the hotel is secure.
Perform Security Checks.
Compensation:
16.78 per hour
Schedule:
10pm-7am
This is a 24-7, 365 day a year hospitality position that will require some work during nights, weekends and holidays.
