We are seeking to fill Maintenance Team positions in our fast growing property management company, but are currently overloaded with summer maintenance. Qualifications:
-Maintenance experience with internal structures (light plumbing, light electrical)
OR
-Maintenance experience in exterior structures (concrete, roofing, siding, carpentry, asphalt etc.)
-Drivers License
-Valid auto insurance
-Reliable Transportation
-Clean criminal record
-Own your own basic tools
We have many positions open for different level of skill and experience.
This position is multi faceted and requires problem solving, being part of a team member and communicating with tenants and managers on a daily basis.
Attributes of successful team members must include honest, good time management, ability to work alone or along side other team members and multitasking. In addition possess basic tools, have reliable transportation, auto insurance, valid drivers license and a clean criminal background.
