Maintenance person needed for a 92-unit apartment complex. This position is temporary for 30-40 hours a week, with the possibility of becoming full-time after a 90-day probationary period. Qualifying candidates must have their own tools and reliable transportation. The Maintenance person will be required to perform essential maintenance duties including repairs, minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, landscaping, pool maintenance, and janitorial tasks. The Maintenance person must pay attention to detail, time management, and complete any maintenance service requests within scheduled working hours.
Daily upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, and trash areas at the apartment community as needed.
Report daily to the office manager or owner directly, while working with the onsite maintenance person to handle a wide variety of duties and apartment turnovers. Must have experience, with light plumbing, carpentry and electrical.
Hourly wage is dependent on candidate’s experience and between $22-$25 per hour. Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
Valid driver’s license, and transportation.
