Getter Done is a small but fast-growing cleaning and landscaping company specializing in Airbnb turnovers, commercial & residential cleaning, plus landscape maintenance! We're looking for a hands-on Lead Supervisor to take charge of day-to-day operations, to help guide a small team, and grow with us. If you enjoy making spaces shine and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to do some yardwork too—we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise a small team of cleaners and landscapers
Communicate with the team on the daily schedules and duties
Train and guide new employees on cleaning procedures and safety
Ensure properties are guest-ready (beds made, supplies stocked, bathrooms spotless, etc.)
Implement cleaning and landscaping expectations and inspect finished jobs for quality
Communicate with management about supply needs and property issues
Manage and perform Airbnb, residential, commercial cleanings, and landscaping at various properties, setting the standards and expectations to follow.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a related field such as janitorial, housekeeping, landscaping
Leadership experience in instructing a team to perform specific duties
Strong work ethic, high expectations, and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable giving direction and supporting coworkers
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods
