Landscape Maintenance Crew Member $18 - $20/hr

We are seeking Crew Members to maintain our clients’ landscapes and keep them looking beautiful throughout the year. Work will be performed on commercial properties.Benefits and PayThe pay starts at $18 per hour and is dependent upon experience.Get paid weekly, affordable health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, 401K with generous company match, on the job training, and opportunities for growth.Uniforms are provided.Work ScheduleYou’ll work four 10-hour days, Monday to Thursday, starting between 6-7am depending on the season. Your workday is finished when the route is complete, which is around 10 hours, but this can be more or less.We provide transportation from our shop in Vancouver to job sites.What You’ll DoMaintain and improve clients’ landscapes by mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and applying products as directed by the Crew Leader in a safe and efficient manner.Use powered and hand tools, such as backpack blowers, mowers, string trimmers, shears, shovels, rakes, pruning tools, and spray packs.Load and unload equipment and debris from the truck and trailer.Work outside in all weather conditionsWhat You’ll NeedEager and quick to learn new tasks and maintain pace.Enjoy working on a team of professionals, working hard, and following instructions.Show up on time and ready for work each day.Able to pass a pre-employment drug testHave legal documentation to work in the United States.Be able to push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, twist, climb, and squat.Able to lift 75 pounds daily.About UsDennis’ 7 Dees is a family-owned and operated business with deep roots in the Portland area.
