Immediately hiring a part-time groundskeeper, located on Hayden Island in a friendly residential community. This is a temporary position. Hours will vary based on property needs. 29 hours per week maximum. Rate of pay is $22 per hour. Paid every other Friday. Duties included but are not limited to:
- Operate JBMI’s grounds equipment including mower, weed-trimmer, leaf blower, et al
- Mulch property, remove debris and trash from grounds
- Perform basic maintenance tasks as assigned
- Must follow comply with safety rules, laws and OSHA regulations
