Stevenson Dental Care is our small, family-like general dentistry practice located in Stevenson Washington and we are is seeking to add a new member to our team!

we are:

25 minutes from Hood River

30 minutes from Camas/Washougal

30 Minutes from Gresham/Troutdale

40 minutes from Vancouver

60 minutes from downtown Portland

We have one dentist that treats in two operatories, with two assistants working together/running their own column with a dove-tale schedule.

Hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:45 AM- 5:00 PM.

1 hour Lunch 12:30-1:30 PM

Ideally you are a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Washington Or Oregon State

Job Duties Entail:

Enter & Coordinate Treatment for Patients and maintain chart notes in practice management system (Open Dental)

Maintain accurate patient records

Seat, dismiss, & communicate with patients

Ordering & stocking of supplies, instruments, equipment and material needed

Prepare and Set up Treatment Rooms with necessary materials

Sterilize instruments according to regulations

Assist the dentist through 4-handed dentistry

Take x-rays, impressions, exam notes

Assist the Hygienist on designated days or scenarios with Perio-charting, Polishing & Flossing, Placement of Topical anesthetic, Turnover of Rooms

Undertake lab tasks as instructed

Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions

Turnover & cleaning of operatories and other areas in practice

Complete and maintain records and tasks required to maintain OSHA and HIPAA standards

Occasionally assist the front desk with various administrative tasks when necessary
