Candidates should be experienced with operating excavators, dozers and/or farm tractors. Truck driving experience with CDL or Farm Endorsement with clean driving record would increase earning potential, but not required. Farming experience and Spanish speaking helpful, but not required. Must be team oriented, punctual and prepared for the seasonality of farming.
