Qualifications:
-Valid driver's license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation to and from work.
-Strong interpersonal skills including a positive and outgoing personality.
-Handy/familiar with small tools and equipment. Willing to learn and show up on time.
Job Requirements and Duties:
-Maintains repair truck inventory.
-Assists with lifting (up to 100 pounds with assistance), moving, disassembling, and reassembling furniture.
-Will train the right person to assist team leaders.
-Will be learning furniture repair and upholstery techniques.
-Maintains a high level of excellence in work performance and attention to detail.
-Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
-Consistently present themselves positively and contributes to the team and work environment.
-Maintains clear and open communication with the team.
-Acts with integrity, uprightness, honesty, and knowledge that supports the values, virtue, and culture of Leather Pros Inc.
-Has a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
