Job Position Description:
This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings in a team environment; and driving team members in a company vehicle.
Driving Team Members to job sites and performing all assigned cleaning tasks.
Perform all cleaning duties as per customers specifications.
Cleaning duties: sanitizing restrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, empty waste cans.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper required
The ability to be flexible, work at a fast-paced and in a multi-tasked job is a must.
Must be able to lead, motivate, and work in a team environment.
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
Walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, and overall reaching.
Must be able to lift and and/or carry 35lbs.
Ability to read cleaning instructions
Must be detail oriented
