Job Summary: DECKS AND FENCING
We are seeking a skilled construction members to join our Deck and Fence team. As a part of our team, you will assist in building Portland's BEST Deck, Fencing, and Patio Cover projects, performing a range of tasks to support the completion of projects on time and within budget from start to finish. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively outside in all weather conditions.
Duties:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand and power tools as directed
- Dig trenches, pour concrete, and assist with other general construction tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Demo and Build Decks, Fences, & Patio Covers
Requirements:
- Drivers license and reliable transportation daily
- Working OUTSIDE DAILY in most Weather Conditions
- Proven experience as a Deck and Fence and or Construction Laborer or similar role is preferred BUT willing to train the right individual if you are willing to learn
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 80 pounds)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
