Pay: $28-35 per hour (Valid pesticide applicator license)

Required Qualifications:
1. Current Oregon or Washington Commercial Pesticide Applicator License
2. Ability to work independently
3. Good organizational and time management skills.
4. Valid driver’s license
5. Record keeping
6. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Duties:
1. Safely mix, handle, and apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals according to label instructions and company protocols.
2. Diagnose plant health issues, including insect infestations, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
3. Maintain accurate records of chemical applications, including types, rates, and locations of treatments.
4. Operate and maintain spray equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
5. Follow all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pesticide use and application safety.
6. Communicate with clients and team members regarding treatment plans, expectations, and follow-up care.
7. Assist with general landscape maintenance as needed.
