Details:
Pay: Starts at $18/hr, higher if you bring experience
Hours: Weekdays, typically starting at 7 AM
Age: 17+ OK (must have your own transportation)
Experience: Not required—I’ll train the right person
Tools: All provided
Work Environment: Outdoor, hands-on labor—expect dirt, sun, and physical work
