In need of professional cleaners to Stage our high design homes throughout Portland and surrounding areas. Average payout per flip is $25.00/hour. We expect our stagers to work at least 2 days a month minimum, with full time spots available seasonally. Stagers must also be available for one of our busiest days: Sunday and Monday. Typically we are busiest during holidays, Sundays and Mondays, city events, and the summer season. With this in mind we expect our independent contractors to have other employment for the slow times.
Working as a stager with the White Spider Rental Concierge Staging Department, you will be cultivating a cleaner than a hotel level of work in the various homes under our management. You may ask why we call our cleaners Stagers. We offer a higher payout per shift than our competitors for many reasons. Stagers are asked to bring a small amount of tools for minor repairs, and to have an eye for, and keep up, the high design in our homes. As a start up business White Spider offers frequent opportunities to grow within the company. Our cleaners are not excluded from this chance if they so desire. Showing you can meet and perhaps exceed our expectations will open up many opportunities.
White Spider is a female owned, and mainly female operated, short and long term rental concierge service with over 100+ homes in 5 states across the United States and growing. In business for 6 years, White Spider believes the Staging team is exactly where the companys strengths start, and are sustained. You will clean as an independent contractor, sometimes in teams (mostly alone) and will be quality checked by Staging Managers frequently. Stagers are meant to have a vehicle, carry and be responsible for inventory from the company to stock homes, have a working smart phone with a camera, and have basic experience using apps. You will communicate and report heavily through email, so please be prepared. All stagers are required to purchase and bring their own cleaning supplies and vacuum to every flip.

A 30 minute interview will be held with each new hire candidate at one of our fully staged Portland homes (please note; must sign an NDA before entering our homes). From there, after a decision from both parties has been made to go forward with employment, two training sessions will be conducted on days which fit the new hires schedule.
