Are you looking to join a fun and upbeat private dental practice? The Dentist on Boones Ferry would love to meet you! We are seeking a full time receptionist to join our phenomenal team.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, a cheerful deposition, and a passion for providing high quality customer service. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. To be successful we need an efficient, perceptive, multi-tasker, with a happy personality who naturally excels in customer service. We strive for a cheerful work environment where our entire team is passionate about patient satisfaction, and of course, oral health. You will be an integral part of our team and will be supported by a staff who encourage your professional growth.

Wages and Benefits:

$22 - $30 hourly - Compensation based on experience

Hours:

4 day work week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 8 am-5 pm and Thursday from 8 am-4 pm

Occasional Fridays from 8 am-2 pm

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients

Schedule treatment and hygiene appointments

Confirm patient appointments

Collect patient co-pays at time of service

Answer phones, emails, and patient text messages

Review and schedule hygiene recall list

Data entry and managing patient records

Assisting with treatment plan presentations

Basic insurance verification

Other essential duties as needed

Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere

Ability to multitask and stay organized to manage office information efficiently and with strong attention to detail

Energetic and self motivated learner

Excellent customer service and professionalism as you will be the welcoming face and voice of our office with patients, vendors and staff

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Dental experience is preferred. We are looking for the right candidate who can grow with our office and is able to demonstrate enthusiasm and willingness to learn
