Divine Home Health Care is looking for Skilled Nursing and CNA care.
Job would need someone experienced in caring for a complex medical needs client in their own home.
Hours needed are Fri/Sa/Sunday day shift, 6 am - 6 pm. Prefer skilled nursing for those hours but will use Certified Nursing Assistant as well. CNA would need to have completed both Nurse Delegation-Core and Nurse Delegation-Diabetes classes to be able to be delegated under the supervision of the RN.
RN/LPN duties would include med management, wound care, trach care, and supervision of the CNA.
RN/LPN would have CNA assistance for 6 hours of the day shift.
Also needed is a CNA/RN/LPN for NOC shift, prn.

Must have active credentials in the state of Washington for all positions applied for.
