Now Hiring Resident Care Manager for Level 2 Adult Foster Care Home
Are you a compassionate and organized individual looking for a rewarding live-in opportunity? Do you have experience as a caregiver for seniors and offer management skills? We are seeking a Resident House Manager for our level 2 adult care home to join our team in Tigard, Oregon(Washington County). This position includes training to prepare you for the role, a minimum 3-year commitment, and the opportunity to live in a private residence while providing essential care and leadership in a senior foster care home.
Position Details
Location: Live-in position Tigard Oregon, with your own private 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit, w personal laundry facilities separate from the residents area. You may live here with your spouse and/or older children. Setting is ideal for a single person or married couple.
Salary: $4,000-$5,500/month (based on experience), in addition the position includes: free rent of the Resident Manager apartment, all utilities including WIFI/cable service, and all meals. Annual raises with paid vacation and sick days compensated for long term employment.
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), requiring at least one weekend day and the ability to manage a shared caregiver schedule.

Job Responsibilities
Resident Care:
Provide hands-on care for up to five elderly residents with activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfer assistance.
Administer and manage medications.
Coordinate appointments, communicate with doctors and nurses, and manage medical documentation.
Provide and document activities.
Manage person centered care plans and narratives.

Team Leadership:
Welcome and assist visiting families.
Share/manage schedules with other caregivers and ensure all shifts are covered.
Supervise relief staff and ensure a high standard of care.
Home Management:
Grocery and supply management.
Meal and menu preparation.
Clean and maintain a tidy, safe, and nurturing home environment.
Spiritual Support:
Support residents’ spiritual needs through prayer, church live-streams, and worship hours.
Qualifications:
CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred, but will enroll you in courses if needed)
Min 2 years of experience caring for elderly patients
Background check clearance (required, and we will apply)
Ensuring Quality Care(EQC) online certificate, but we will enroll you in course if needed
Willingness to complete training specific to Oregon Adult Foster Care Home and Washington County regulations and to start training ASAP to prepare for role
Three professional work references (required).
Strong organizational skills with experience in care giving, leadership, or home management.
Fluent in English
