What You’ll Do:
-Lead & Inspire: Motivate, coach, and mentor your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and meet revenue goals.
-Drive Growth: Develop strategies to increase our customer base, expand store traffic, and boost profitability.
-Deliver Excellence: Ensure every client receives the highest level of care through expert product knowledge, timely deliveries, and superior service.
-Run Efficient Operations: Oversee intake, QA, billing, scheduling, and compliance with company policies.
-Elevate Standards: Maintain a visually appealing, organized, and well-stocked store that reflects our brand values.
-Build the Brand: Collaborate with Zone and Executive Leadership to strengthen Bellevue Healthcare’s presence in the region.
-Empower Your Team: Conduct performance reviews, identify growth opportunities, and create clear career paths.
-Resolve Challenges: Handle customer and employee concerns with professionalism and empathy.
What We’re Looking For:
-5+ years’ experience in HME, Respiratory, or Complex Rehab.
-A proven track record in leadership, sales growth, and operational success.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
-Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
-BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
