Our office focuses on optimum patient care,communication, appreciation, and our communities.
Job Duties include:
Assist patients with proper frame and lens selection
Eyeglass adjustments and repairs
Trouble shooting optical issues
Ability to explain insurance benefits
Educate patients on the benefits of having multiple pairs of glasses to fill their needs.
Glasses and contact lens dispensing
Scheduling appointments/ Insurance Verification
What we need from you:
- have optical experience and a be a quick learner
- Be able to perform your best in many situations and multi-task

- Understand how to meet the needs of your customers
