Position will be opening by the end of June or start of July.
Live-in/ Resident care manager position avail. "salary pay" Room to house 1 Person for this position. Possible room for a couple.
Position is for 4 days a week. With 3 days off from 7am-7:30pm will have to let covering caregiver go home at 7:30pm and sleep in the house unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.
This is an adult care home with a maximum of 5 residents 65 and older at anytime.
Responsibilities

Help clients take prescribed medication
Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house
Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able)
Perform light housekeeping duties
Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Skills
-
Must be 21 yrs or older.
Proven experience as a caregiver
Able to read and write in English
Able to pass a background check
Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR)
Respectful and compassionate
Good time management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Has Multnomah County adult care home program caregiver trainings or willing to get them.
