Body Aware Massage is looking for skilled LMTs to join our team! We are a therapist-owned holistic spa offering wellness and medical massage. We are an established practice with a steady clientele and a supportive, collaborative team.
Each therapist is encouraged to focus on their favorite modalities; however, the ability to do deep tissue is essential. Training in medical massage and credentialing with insurance companies is available. Preference is given to applicants currently credentialed. Flexible scheduling options are available, but at least one evening and one-weekend shift are required.
Pay is based on commission plus tips, ranging from 40% to 60%. There are options to be an independent contractor or employee. Employees are paid 40%, increasing to 50% after three months, and independent contractors are paid 50%, rising to 60% after three months. Current therapists average $65-$85 per session hour with tips.

Requirements:
-Current Oregon massage license
-Current liability insurance
- 2 + years experience preferred
-Ability to effectively and consistently perform the highest standard of bodywork
-Ability to perform deep tissue
-Professional, punctual, and reliable
-Ability to complete essential SOAP notes promptly
-Basic computer skills
-Excellent communication skills
