ABOUT US:
We are a warm and welcoming adult foster home located in the heart of Tigard, Oregon, caring for five live-in residents. Our mission is to create a nurturing environment that values the dignity, individuality, and diversity of each resident. With an on-site manager and a dedicated team, we strive to provide exceptional care for aging and disabled adults.
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to become part of our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to residents, assist with daily living activities, and foster a caring and positive atmosphere. RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Assist residents with daily tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
-Administer medications following proper guidelines.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living space.
-Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
-Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and meet dietary needs.
-Support residents with mobility and safe transfers.
-Care for individuals with medical needs or disabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
-Familiarity with medication administration procedures.
-Proficiency in English.
-Ability to pass a background check (can be completed after hire).
-Pre-service dementia training (can be completed after hire).
-HCBS online training (can be completed after hire).
-Inclusive care online training (can be completed after hire).
-CPR and First Aid certification (can be completed after hire).

-Competitive pay: $22.00 - $24.50 per hour.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
-Full time, 12-hour day shifts (7am-7pm)
-Full time, 12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am)
