We are seeking Program Managers to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will oversee the direct care staff and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. You will be a key member of a multidisciplinary care team, working alongside family members, healthcare providers, and others to enrich the lives of those we serve.

This position is full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Essential Responsibilities:

- Oversee the management and operation of a three to five bed home

- Contribute to a supportive and stable environment for our residents

- Supervise and train direct care staff

- Lead the development/implementation of Individual Support Plans (ISP) for residents

- Coordinate services with consultants and other healthcare providers, and serve as liaison with parents, guardians, neighbors, and county case managers

- Ensure staff compliance with agency policy and Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs)

- Ensure the health and well-being of residents by following all doctor orders and administering medications per prescriptions

- Be available to cover shifts in case of unexpected staff absences

We are looking for candidates with:

- Experience supervising employees, including hiring or recommending hiring, training employees, assigning and reviewing work, providing employees with feedback on their performance, providing oversight of operations, and handling disciplinary problems and grievances.

- Experience communicating clearly and cross culturally in writing, directly, or virtually.

- Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with individuals, family members, advocates, and guardians from varied and diverse backgrounds in situations involving complex issues and demanding deadlines.

- Management experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illness in a 24-hour residential setting or similar environment.

- Experience working with licensing requirements and conducting quality assurance reviews.

- Experience with general computer operation and proficient using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Driver's license required with good driving record

- Be able to read/write and speak fluent English

- Be physically able to assist residents with bathing, cooking, cleaning, etc.

- Be able to pass DHS / Criminal History Background Check

- Maintain CPR/AED and Oregon Intervention Systems (OIS) certification (paid training is provided)
