The work environment combines multi-line telephone use, insurance, receptionist, and scheduling coordination. This position involves assisting with the check-in processes. Gathers and records required information about patients and routes it appropriately; provides specific customer services, including confirming health insurance coverage and individual obligations, obtaining necessary authorizations for care, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients in the office. This position requires a strong ability to multi-task and, above all else, exceptional customer service skills.
Hours: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6:30 am-3:30 pm
