POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

-Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning , scaling, and polishing teeth

-Take dental x-rays and scans

-Assess patients' oral health and provide education and guidance

-Work closely with doctor to develop appropriate treatment plans based upon existing conditions

-Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care

-Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as required

-Competence using industry standard practice management software

-Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile work environment

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

-Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene required

-Xray certification required

-Valid license to practice Dental Hygiene in Oregon required

-CPR certification required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

-Experience providing the very highest quality dental hygiene to patients of all ages

-Highly skilled, motivated, demonstrating passion for continuous growth and development

-Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

-Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

-Ability to lead with kindness, compassion, and follow with joy and integrity

COMPENSATION

-Negotiable, DOE $55-$70+ hr depending upon experience, availability, fit, etc.

-Generous signing bonus
