We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC), or Home Care Aide (HCA) to join our team in a warm, family-oriented adult family home in Vancouver, WA. This position involves taking care of 5 residents, including those on a ventilator and patients with tracheostomies, with a staffing ratio of 2 staff members to 5 residents. The CNA/NAC/HCA will provide high-quality care, ensuring residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met in a respectful and nurturing environment.
