CNA/Caregiving:

Caregiver/CNA has a primary responsibility to provide support and assistance to residents with activities such as Activities of Daily Living, and providing care according to the directed care plan, under the support of the Team Lead.

Job Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, feeding, and assisting with ADL's

Vital Signs Monitoring: Regularly monitor and record all vital signs such as BP, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation, and report any abnormalities to the nursing staff.

Mobility Assistance: Help patients with mobility issues, including transferring and positioning, to prevent pressure ulcers and maintain their comfort.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting care provided, changes in condition, and any incidents.

Companionship: Offer emotional support, companionship, and engage in meaningful interactions with patients to enhance their quality of life.

Safety: Ensure a safe environment for patients by identifying and addressing potential hazards and promptly responding to emergencies.

Communication: Effectively communicate with the healthcare team, patients, and their families, providing updates on patient progress and reporting any concerns.

Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for patients, including assisting with toileting, changing linens, and keeping patient areas organized.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Education & Experience Needed:

CNA or HCA certified.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

No 1099s.

Must be able to speak and understand English proficiently.

Current Shifts Available: Evening, NOC, and Weekend Shifts available! Must be available for weekend shifts.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

8-hour shift

On call

Weekend shifts

Evening shifts (2pm-10pm)

Night shifts (10pm-6am)
