This is a great opportunity for an experienced, well-rounded Line Cook to join our team. This is a fast paced, hands on job, and we need someone who can take the responsibilities seriously while also fostering a seriously fun environment!

Competitive wages ($16-$18 per hour) depending on experience

Equal tip shares ($4-$7 per hour)

Job duties include:

Maintaining an environment of impeccable food quality

Ensuring kitchen operates consistently with pace

Keeping ingredients and supplies 100% in stock by following established pars and ordering systems

Willingness to learn and work all positions from counter to dishwasher in order to support the needs of the business

Communicating effectively with the team, manager, and owner

Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness

Requirements for this position include:

Minimum 2 years of previous restaurant experience

Desire to learn, improve and grow professionally

Passion for food, especially meat

Willingness to give and receive feedback

Open availability and reliable transportation

Ability to work on your feet, occasionally lifting up to 50lbs
