Requirements:
We are currently hiring a Cook for our Sherwood location. Brewpub hours are Wednesday - Sunday, 11am-9pm. Qualified applicants must be available these hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage flow of guest tickets to prepare meals effectively
- Cook food and pizzas according to recipes, applying personal judgment and experience to quality control
- Portion, arrange, and garnish food based on presentation guidelines
- Ensure all food is stored properly and safely to maintain freshness
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food handling or food service preferred
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to use kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, and mixers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of meals
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from supervisors
- Flawlessly dependable, with reliable transportation
