Mt. Hood Meadows lodge provides numerous food service options. From a cozy sit-down dining experience with a diverse menu to our high volume fast casual restaurant.
We are in search of Line Cooks with all levels of experience to join our Culinary Team of seasoned professionals. If you have the right mindset, we have the expertise to train!
This role entails precise portioning, skillful plate presentation, vigilant quality control, adherence to timing standards, and strict sanitation practices within their designated workspace all while maintaining a friendly and collaborative work environment.
Full-time, Seasonal, receives tips and a daily shift meal
Qualifications:
16 years of age Minimum
Experience line cooking
Current food handler card or ability to obtain upon hire
Must be able to commit working weekends and holidays during the winter ski season
Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of seasonal business
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in menu development
Understanding of food costing and inventory controls
Compensation:
Starting Wage: $18.54 hourly (DOE) + tips, shift meal.
