Role, Responsibilities & qualifications:
- 1 year of culinary experience in high volume kitchen preferred but willing to train the right candidate with at least 1 year of experience.
- Passionate about quality standards and willing to uphold and enforce those standards in a high volume environment.
- Have the ability to prepare and cook product to menu specification as well as understand and precisely follow recipes.
- Posses basic cooking temperature knowledge (ie: what is a medium burger?) Have the ability to remember product combinations
and execute them to order Ensure that all sanitation standards are met.
- Motivated self starter with a guest centric attitude and mindset.
- Possess written and verbal communication skills that promote positive and productive team work environment.
- Dependable, punctual, presentable, organized and task oriented self starter
- Ability to understand and adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols as well as company policies and procedures.
- Ability to stand for 6+ hours at a time.
- Ability to carry, push, and pull 30 lbs. on a consistent basis.
- Current food handler's card.
- Required experience: 1 year minimum
