Trellis Dundee is looking for a line cook to join the team. If you are passionate about food, like to be creative in the kitchen, and have a "can do" mentality, we'd love to have you on our team.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be very comfortable with prep work and friers. Having basic to advanced saute experience, as well as general knowledge of standard cooking techniques is a plus.
We are looking for cooks who have a "can do" mentality and are not afraid of hard work. Some off-site work at events may be required. Candidates should be able to be on their feet for extended periods of time, demonstrate a sense of urgency, work well with the team and be comfortable both taking directions from management as well as working independently. We are looking for someone who will maintain a clean work station with awareness of food safety rules and regulations. Must also have a current food handlers card.

Our menu includes steak, chicken, pork, pasta, short ribs, duck confit, oysters, sandwiches, salads, desserts, and more.
Available Shifts: majority evenings and weekends.

Distributed tip system amongst all staff, no one makes less than $25 per hour in combined wages/tips.
