LEAD SERVER & BARTENDER

Nick's Italian Cafe is reopening under new ownership and management! We are looking for two strong front of house leaders well versed in food, wine, wine service, bar service, ordering, & managing a small intimate staff. This position is a working management position part of your compensation will be from tips as we are a small restaurant. Daily duties may include ordering, schedule making, bartending, cleaning the dining room, organizing bar & wine service items. Must have a professional appearance and the ability to lead and direct others. This is a chef owned and run restaurant so communication between front of house leaders and Chef is paramount to the successful reopening of Nick's. Please respond with a resume and Cover letter.
