Job Opportunity: Kitchen Manager at Wankers Corner Saloon & Cafe in beautiful Downtown Wilsonville, OR.
Our long-time manager has decided it is time for a change and we have an open position. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are experienced in kitchen management, we would love to talk to you about the opening. The starting wage is $60k plus with the opportunity for bonuses and salary advancement.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Leadership, back of the house scheduling and staff management, food prep, cooking, ordering and inventory management of food and supplies, quality control, food safety, training etc. Generally, many of the traditional duties of a restaurant Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef with ownership handling or helping with menu development, recruitment, inventory, etc.
Qualifications: Previous kitchen management experience in a fast-paced environment, extensive cooking experience, organization and management skills, well versed in food safety and health dept. regulations, flexibility, etc.
