Seeking Line Cooks and Prep Cooks.

THE COVE, at Tidewater Cove Marina is located 2 miles east of SE Columbia Shores Blvd. at 5731 SE Columbia Way, just off Hwy 14. With amazing views of the Columbia River, The Cove features lots of natural wood, plush seating for 270, outdoor patio dining and a second level private dining room with two decks. The menu emphasizes high quality fresh seafood, including a raw bar, wood grilled steaks, ribs, and chops. We have a full bar with a broad selection of craft beer, great wines, and handcrafted cocktails to please every palate. Our wine list showcases premium producers from all over the world with a focus on Northwest wines.

Led by the successful father/daughter team that shaped and built The Hammond Kitchen + Craft Bar in East Vancouver/Camas. The Hammond and The Cove, each offering their own unique menu, reflect a lifetime of restaurant and culinary experience and a love for food. Locally owned, our commitment to the guest experience inspires us to seek others equally committed to exceptional service and cuisine. The Cove provides high-quality, creative menu items that simply taste delicious with friendly efficient service. We source many items from local purveyors, farms, distilleries, and breweries. Supporting sustainable food and our local community is important to us.

Our business growth is no fluke, it's about consistent daily execution and hiring hospitality-minded individuals with team player attitudes. Enjoy working in a modern, spacious kitchen. We run a no drama operation and have developed a strong crew. They work well with each other, and the servers and the kitchen support each other.

We offer competitive pay, tip share, paid time off, and free garage parking. Health, dental, and vision insurance is available. Five-day work week with pre-approved OT daily. We are closed on Mondays. The Cove opens daily at 11:30am. On Sunday thru Thursday we close at 8pm and on Friday and Saturday, we close at 9pm. We are closed on Super Bowl Sunday, July 4, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Looking for highly motivated people with good organizational skills and a desire to grow. Applicants should have their Food Handlers permit or be able to obtain within one week of being hired.
