Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Bobarista to join our team. As a Bobarista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, with a focus on boba tea, in a fast-paced café environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve boba tea and other beverages according to recipes
- Handle cash transactions using a POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
- Assist customers with menu selection and provide exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and handling
- Work efficiently in a team to meet customer demands promptly
Qualifications
- Experience in a café or food service environment is preferred
- Proficiency in using POS systems for transactions
- Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
