This client, recognized for their commitment to innovation and excellence, is searching for a seasoned, adept Sr. Accounting Consultant to join their team for a limited duration.Job Description:The Sr. Accounting Consultant will take on a pivotal role within this organization, providing expert accounting insights and solutions to achieve financial goals. You will liaise with various departments, conducting comprehensive financial analyses and present your recommendations to the senior leadership team.Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive and expert financial and accounting services internally.
Examine internal financial records, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and corporate regulations.
Prepare detailed reports concerning your findings and propose strategic recommendations to the management teams.
Cultivate successful relationships within the organization, quickly identifying and resolving any issues.
Mentor and guide other team members to enhance their understanding and competence in accounting.
Collaborate with other team members in executing projects within stipulated deadlines.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA or similar certification is highly desirable.
Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
A sound understanding of accounting principles, documentations, and financial statements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to mentor team members.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to articulate complex financial data clearly.
The flexibility to operate in a hybrid working environment, and the capability to work three days a week in office.
