Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity. Your primary role will involve handling customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate action.Responsibilities Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications Maintain precise records of customer credit Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner Monitor customer accounts regularly and initiate necessary actions Utilize the 'NIS' skill to perform your job effectively.Requirements Comprehensive understanding and experience with NIS. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proven experience in a similar role. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently.
