As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Senior Structural Engineer to lead our Portland team who has experience in commercial buildings, schools, healthcare, and government projects.

This is a role that will start out and remain hybrid post pandemic with time split between working in the office and working from home.

Job Details

Title: Senior Structural Engineer / Office LeadLocation: Portland, ORCompensation: Based on Experience

As a part of our talented team you will: - Lead our Structural Engineering teams and manage schedules to meet project requirements for a variety of project types. - Collaborate with other disciplines to create and innovate highly integrated designs. - Mentor and manage staff - Support Structural Calculations, wright and review specifications, review shop drawings, RFI's and submittals

Must have:

8+ years experience in large scale building design
Bachelors Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
PE License
Ability to identify and efficiently analyze solutions to problems
Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
Understanding of building and material codes, and understand local code requirements

Nice to have:

12+ years experience
Masters Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
SE License highly preferred
