As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a Senior Structural Engineer to lead our Portland team who has experience in commercial buildings, schools, healthcare, and government projects.

This is a role that will start out and remain hybrid post pandemic with time split between working in the office and working from home.

Job Details

Title: Senior Structural Engineer / Office LeadLocation: Portland, ORCompensation: Based on Experience

As a part of our talented team you will: - Lead our Structural Engineering teams and manage schedules to meet project requirements for a variety of project types. - Collaborate with other disciplines to create and innovate highly integrated designs. - Mentor and manage staff - Support Structural Calculations, wright and review specifications, review shop drawings, RFI's and submittals

Must have:
  • 8+ years experience in large scale building design
  • Bachelors Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
  • PE License
  • Ability to identify and efficiently analyze solutions to problems
  • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
  • Understanding of building and material codes, and understand local code requirements
Nice to have:
  • 12+ years experience
  • Masters Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
  • SE License highly preferred
