Job Requisition ID #24WD79567Position OverviewThe Autodesk Enterprise Customer Success (ECS) organization is looking for an accomplished, and dynamic individual to join our Americas Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) Consulting Services team as a Senior Implementation Consultant for Artificial Intelligence (AI).As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will use your in-depth industry and technical knowledge to help our customers apply AI to design, engineering, and construction projects. You will work remotely, and you will report to Director of Consultant Delivery for Architecture.You will work directly with our enterprise customers to design and implement modern AI solutions. You will ensure the smooth deployment and integration of our AI technologies into their existing workflows, optimizing their operations, and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and productivity.Applying change management practices and a broad range of tools, you will help our customer's improve adoption of AI solutions across their organization to achieve meaningful results. You will also track the value impacts of the solutions we deliver and the scale at which they are adopted.You will also work closely with the Autodesk product teams to provide feedback based on client experiences and stay up to speed on product development roadmaps.As a global leader in 3D design, engineering, construction, and entertainment software, Autodesk helps people imagine, design, and create a better world. Work with Autodesk's largest customers to design and implement AI solutions to ensure the greatest possible value from their Autodesk investment

Analyze existing customer data, workflows, and processes

Maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities needs assessments and document customer requirements

Design and implement AI solutions using Autodesk technology and platform services, tailored to client requirements

Guide customers in the best application of AI in connection with Autodesk products

Collaborate with customers, external partners, and Autodesk team members to find solutions and resolve technical issues

Provide feedback to service line management and product development groups on client experience for product and process improvements

Work with Autodesk account teams to define Customer Success Plans and customer engagements to implement those strategies and solutions

Provide mentoring to customers to adoption and use

Provide input to sales and proposal presentations and identify additional product/services opportunities in customer organization

Contribute task estimation and task description in Scopes of Work and scope clarification with customers

Stay updated on the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices

Contribute to the development of new AI-based products and services

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree

(5) years of hands-on experience in the AEC industry, with a focus on the data insights derived from design and construction technology

Autodesk product expertise (Revit, Civil 3D, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, AutoCAD)

Demonstrate excellence in innovation, program management, change management, business process optimization, and communications

Experience working with diverse technical, sales, and project management teams

Must have a working knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and how to operate under structured project management

Can break down complex topics into a common language understandable by non-technical/business-oriented audiences

50% travel required

For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $83,000 and $143,220. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
