Job Requisition ID #24WD78248The ESAE Team at AutodeskThe Enterprise Service Application Engineering teams are chartered with the plan and build phases of a wide portfolio of software and applications supporting Autodesk's business, human capital and finance activities. With our business model transformation underway (moving from selling perpetual software licenses to cloud-based subscription services), we are making substantial investments in new skills and technologies, such as cloud native development, big data, and business intelligence tools.Position OverviewOur team builds common tooling, applications, and processes for use in the wider organization. We focus on the entire software development lifecycle and brainstorm methods to remove inefficiencies and bottlenecks. You will work with leaders in both engineering and portfolio to run the daily operations of two experienced and accomplished Agile engineering teams. You will work on a project to affect how products are created and developed in ESAE and beyond. Role is remote with a semi-flexible schedule. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Engineering.Responsibilities

Work with internal customers to understand the high-level asks and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements

Create and run reports on business level processes using business intelligence tools

Create concise user stories that map out requirements for the product

Collaborate with the development team to ensure that the product is developed following the planned timeline and meets quality standards

Run all Scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review meetings, and retrospectives

Manage sprint planning and intake

Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, deciding which features make it into the next sprint based on their value to the project and the user

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years working in an information technology positions

3+ years' experience with reporting tools (Preferably: Looker, Power BI, QlikView, Business Objects)

3+ years' experience using Jira for reporting or sprint management

3+ years' experience working directly with software development teams developing on cloud platforms

Experience with Git (or other code control systems) and CI/CD platforms Prior Experience working with teams building API services or platforms

Analytical experience in both process and solution analysis

For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,100 and $148,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
