Job Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required:Bachelor DegreeMinimum Years of Experience:5 year(s)Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred:Master DegreePreferred Fields of Study:Computer and Information Science, Management Information SystemsCertification(s) Preferred:Preferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in working with business stakeholders in understanding their business needs, conduct product demos and incorporate business feedback to meet customer’s service business objectives including:Strong healthcare background with Payer experience such as (but not limited to):

Working knowledge of Payer business processes, Industry standards, Life cycle of claims etc.

Understanding of health insurance industry (commercial and Government) standards

Understanding of products (incl. Medicaid and Medicare) and services

Sound understanding of QA methodologies and working in Agile environment

Prior hands-on experience in building Enterprise Strategies (Test, Program Management, Test Automation, Test Environment and Data Management)

Working knowledge of Test Automation frameworks and implementation Test Automation for CRM Platforms

Ability to coordinate with multiple teams in defining and executing Tests for large programs

Managing and communicating with the development team to design and implement solutions with a focus on adhering to industry leading practices and code quality techniques;

Prior experience managing or supporting large scale healthcare platform migrations

Fluent in using Test Management tools (such as qTest, JIRA, ALM Octane, etc.), Project Management, Collaboration and common tools (Concourse, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office suite, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.)

Producing deliverables within a diverse, fast paced environment, collaborate effectively across teams and juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously; and,
