Job Requisition ID #24WD75325Position OverviewAs Autodesk grows both organically and through acquisitions, the task of integrating acquired companies into our business operations is paramount. We are seeking a dynamic and influential Principal Program Manager to join Autodesk's Enterprise Systems & Experience (ESE) team. You will report to the Chief of Staff of the Enterprise Services and Applications Engineering organization.This role involves managing acquisition integration and disposition divestments on behalf of Autodesk. Your role will help steer diverse service teams to deliver all necessary integration/divestment functions in line with the business model of the respective division. Your strong planning and communication skills, coupled with your ability to adhere to strict deadlines, will be crucial in realizing Autodesk's strategic objective of digitizing the employee experience for newly acquired teams.In addition to managing mergers and acquisitions, this Program Manager role will also support other strategic initiatives separate from M&A activities, contributing to a broad range of key business objectives.The role is remote or hybrid and can work anywhere in the United States.Responsibilities
Lead the transition of acquired companies to Autodesk standards, from due diligence through full integration
Articulate the direction for program work streams based on the strategies for services and applications in both companies
Oversee the retirement of obsolete systems and handle related data-sets to forecast program progress
Facilitate meetings, maintain process documents, and distribute meeting artifacts to communicate progress
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resource projects and manage risks
Participate in pre-planning activities, remove team progress impediments, coordinate dependencies, and align on service methodology
Manage programs/projects end-to-end, including planning, risk analysis, and action plan development
Define resource plans, develop business cases, and manage partner contract processes
Monitor programs/projects for adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality parameters
Establish strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring satisfaction with program management and product delivery
Analyze program metrics and trends, anticipate potential issues, and implement remedies
Adapt program strategies and procedures to meet changing business needs and maintain efficient program operation
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of software Project Management, working cross functionally within an IT or software development organization
Previous experience with Mergers and Acquisitions
A tenacity to work through business problems and deliver business value
Must have strong communication skills as well as build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and clients

For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $125,800 and $203,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
