Description A boutique personal injury law firm in Portland, OR is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their team. Cases would include catastrophic injury, med mal and wrongful death. The role offers a base salary of 110-160k DOE, with additional bonus earnings, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k with a 3% match, unlimited PTO, paid court holidays, cell phone stipend, free garage parking spot and other perks!This role will focus on personal injury litigation, taking a case from inception through negotiating settlements, arbitration, mediation, deposition and trial. Requirements Ideal candidates will have the following experience:
2+ years of experience as a licensed attorney, handling personal injury litigation cases.
Barred in Oregon, actively in good standing
Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials
Experience with negotiation, arbitration and deposition; trial experience a plus
Strong legal writing and research skills
Working experience with civil court procedures and deadlines
Empathetic and committed to getting their clients the best possible outcome
