-Support clients with maintaining and improving their hygiene, meal, and home-care routines.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD YOU KNOW?
-This position is a Voluntary Standby/On Call role
-This position is client focused, (not a lot of paperwork or meetings).
-Our support is based off your clients' identified goals, needs, and personality. Each client is different, and we support you in crafting days that match their needs. This role lends itself well to those who appreciate autonomy, work-life balance, and a flexible schedule.

-This role involves some planning, organization skills, email inbox upkeep, detail oriented data collection, utilization of Therap for daily tracking and billing.
-Use of personal vehicle is required with mileage reimbursement.

PERKS:
-Salary- $21/ Hour
-Paid time off: 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked
-Mileage Reimbursement
-Voluntary Standby On Call - Fill in for staff taking vacation or out ill. Fill in for extra client needs as they arise. You will be notified when a shift becomes available, and can then choose to pursue the shift or decline it
-Minimum commitment of 20 hours a month, maximum potential of voluntarily working up to 160 hours per month
-Option to apply for internal promotion to permanent employee- part, or full-time
-This position is available in Washington, Multnomah, and Clackamas County
