- POS hardware and integration testing
- Proficient in test and defect management tool like JIRA, Azure DevOps
- Work with BA on requirements elicitation, analysis and refinement and derive detailed test scenarios
- Drive test planning and strategy and preparation of detailed test cases based on business requirements/acceptance criteria
- Lead end to end testing efforts based on strong experience in retail POS systems
- Collaborate with other upstream and downstream business systems and partner teams for testing and validation activities
- Conduct test and defect management and test reporting with proficiency in JIRA/HP ALM/Azure DevOps
- Provide UAT support to business users
- To assist project manager in scope management, tasks and critical milestones tracking from a quality perspective
- To articulate risks and issues, assist in defect triage and help prioritize fixes to unblock QA teams
