The BH Associate CSWA will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified. Under direct clinical supervision, the BH Associate CSWA will utilize established approaches and standards; complete assessment of patient risk to self and/or others; complete and implement risk reduction/mitigation plans to ensure patient and community safety; incorporate evidence based approaches to psychotherapy including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and the recovery model, Under clinical supervision, this position will also demonstrate effectiveness in individual, group and family psychotherapy and multi-modal treatment settings. The BH LCSW incorporates evidence based approaches in psychotherapy including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and the Recovery Model. 2 years of Clinical work experience within healthcare, hospice and/or bereavement.
Social Worker MSW, Salary Range:Min: $38.95, Max: $61.67Social Worker LCSWRequired Qualifications:
Master's Degree Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License Or
Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License
Upon hire: Social Worker License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered.

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.
2 years Post Master's experience in a behavioral health treatment setting.
