Apply for JobOverview :The Maintenance Technician I will support efficient, safe production by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment. This role includes a leadership component, training maintenance and production personnel on proper equipment use and safety standards.Shift : Sun-Thurs 9pm-5:30amKey Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and electronic systems to ensure equipment efficiency.

Lead and train Maintenance I Technicians and provide indirect support to Production personnel.

Order and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring minimal downtime.

Collaborate closely with Production Leads, Supervisors, and Maintenance staff.

Perform emergency and scheduled repairs on plant utilities and equipment, including facilities systems like HVAC, chillers, and boilers.

Install new equipment, perform machinery setup, and make running adjustments for production.

Diagnose, prioritize, and resolve equipment issues during production, focusing on minimizing downtime.

Adhere to FDA/cGMP standards and complete required annual certifications.

Requirements :

Experience with gearboxes, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors.

Preventative maintenance expertise and ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Industry experience in pharma, food manufacturing, nutraceutical, or biotech (no residential maintenance experience).

Low voltage experience (240-480V) preferred.

Familiarity with FDA/cGMP environments.

Additional Notes :

Must be available for on-call shifts and occasional 6-7 day workweeks as required.
