If you have the qualifications of any one of these two positions, we encourage you to apply.The Social Worker LCSW and the Licensed Professional Counselor practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. This position will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified. Under direct clinical supervision, this position will utilize established approaches and standards; complete assessment of patient risk to self and/or others; complete and implement risk reduction/mitigation plans to ensure patient and community safety; incorporate evidence based approaches to psychotherapy including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and the recovery model, Under clinical supervision, this position will also demonstrate effectiveness in individual, group and family psychotherapy and multi-modal treatment settings. Master's Degree - Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire.
Social Worker License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered upon hire.
Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
2 years - Relevant Social Work experience. May include CSWA experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year - All EMPL's: Care Management: Experience in acute care settings.
