Job Title: Distribution EngineerJob DescriptionDistribution Engineers are expected to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet the needs of our clients. They contribute to the analysis and design of all structural elements within the Transmission systems, including steel structures, foundations, and anchorage. They also contribute to the design of transmission line steel lattice towers, steel poles, and foundations. They are expected to be responsive, proactive, and solution-oriented.Hard Skills

Technical subject matter expert

Professional Engineer (PE) preferred

3+ years of experience (ideal is 5-10 years)

Engineer in Training (EIT) required

PLS CADD and AutoCAD proficiency

Microstation proficiency preferred

Knowledge of Portland General Electric (PGE) standards

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (Civil/Structural preferred)

Underground distribution design experience
